Scaling a pdf page (and keep links)

Hello,

I have a bunch of pages of 4,5 x 6,5 in (114,3x165,1mm), I have added some pages in A4 format which is 8,268x11,695 in (210,02x297,02mm), I want to size these A4 pages down to the smaller size.

How can I do this please? Note: I do not want to crop, but scale....if I'm going to crop then I will lose text on those pages, I want to keep the page layout.

Can you do this in the "Crop Pages" section? But again I think this is for cropping and not scaling

Plus, there are also hyperlinks in the pdf pages so I can't use PRINT otherwise the links will be lost..
