Timeout feature while converting Office documents to PDF?

Hello,

I am converting a large amount of files at once using the batch convert to PDF feature on Acrobat X Pro but there are some documents that are corrupt or passworded. In the scenerio that they are corrupt or passworded, Adobe Acrobat X waits for user input. So, I was wondering is there some timeout feature that Acrobat X can just fail the conversion after a specified time in order for it to continue processing without being babysat?
