I have a user that is trying to export emails one at a time in Outlook 2007 with Adobe 9 Standard (Windows 7 64-bit). He'll open up the email, go to the Adobe tab, go through the export to PDF option and select his location, as soon as he hits "OK" it opens up the exporting screen and then an error shows up saying " goes to "Microsoft Office Outlook has stopped working." We have tried disabling and re-enabling the add-in, but it doesn't seem to make a difference.
Any help would be great, thanks!
Edit: sometimes it metiones that PDFMOutlook.dll caused the crash and when you reboot it it asks to disable the add-in.I tried renaming it and repairing Adobe, no difference. I also noticed that the PDFMOutlook.PDFMOutlook directory was missing in the registry (HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\). I imported it from a known good machine and it still wasn't working.
