Acrobat XI Pro - Picture Insert

I have a pdf that someone else created that has a field that once click on it it allows me to insert a picture.  I have created a form and wish to have an area on this form that will allow the user to do the same. Does anyone know how to create a field which will allow  the user to insert a picture?  I am using Acrobat XI Pro.
