Printing PDF from JPX Image (Multiple Image in Single Page)

I am using Acrobat 9 and able to create JPX to PDF format for Single page image. But unable to create PDF if the JPX file have multiple images (for example Single JPX file contains 5 pages). So kindly help us to convert PDF from JPX file with multiple images.
