Why is it when I am adding bates numbering to a pdf document using Acrobat Pro X.
If I go into Apperance Options and check the option "Keep position and size of header/footer text constant when printing on different page sizes."
After the bates numbers are added, I cannot remove them.
I get an error:
Acrobat cannot find any bates numbering in this file. If you see Bates Numbering information, it was not added in Acrobat or by an Adobe PDFMaker, and cannot be detected as such.
I have tried this from several different computers and am not sure if this is by design.
Any information someone can throw my way is greatly appriciated.
