I'm having a problem with the conversion from Office documents to pdf . I'm using Office2010 and Adobe Acrobat Pro XI.
My Word documents (2010) don't convert correctly to pdf (I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro XI)
I have cover sheets for all my documents, made with solid filled text boxes + text + company logo on top.
When converted from Word to pdf the page is blank. In edit mode I can select the objects but the order seems completely wrong.
I have tried every possible combination (and there are many combinations possible with the Adobe Acrobat pro). On some occasions the readers shows the correct version but so far I had not even once a correct page in the pro version. I have already removed and reinstalled Acrobat XI, Our helpdesk installed a patch but no result ...
In Powerpoint I have the same problems. (Cover page with image, coloured line and solid filled background > background is not showing in Acrobat pro but is displayed correctly in Reader.
Does anyone knows the solution? Help please - this drives me crazy
