Error when creating pdf with Acrobat X from Powerpoint 2003

Hello,

At our company there is one user who has a problem with creating pdf files from powerpoint presentations. When he wants to create a pdf file from powerpoint, the pdfmaker starts and in a couple of seconds he will get the error: " an error occurred while trying to print to adobe pdf". That's all the information he get from this error. When creating pdf files from other Office applications everything goes well. What we tried is:

- Uninstall and reinstall Acrobat X

- Update Acrobat X

- Uninstall and reinstall Powerpoint

- Uninstall Powerpoint and Acrobat X, reinstall Powerpoint and Acrobat X (and the same thing only otherwise)

- Uninstall and reinstall the pdfmaker

- From http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/troubleshoot-acrobat-pdfmaker-proble ms-office.html we tried the troubleshoot Acrobat PDFMaker option

- From http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/cant-create-pdfs-office-2010.html we tried to copy the job options

- We checked in Office ==> Help ==> About ==> Disabled Items, but there are no disabled items

- We checked  in Office ==> Tools ==> Templates and addins, but there are no templates and addins

After all those changes it still isn't working for Powerpoint, for all other programs it is still working. The user is using a pc with Windows XP x64, Office 2003 and Acrobat X. I hope someone can help me!
