Editing images causing problems

Hi anyone experiencing images losing rotation, moving or losing rounded corners when editing them in photoshop out of acrobat.

I'm using Acrobat x (10.1.8) and PS CS6 (13.0 x64). I tried editing the same PDF using a colleagues Mac and it worked fine using older versions of Acrobat and Photoshop.
