Multiple object change on different pages

Is there a way to change position of an object on multiple pages? We use the USPS small business mail tool to generate mailing labels but our printer has a fixed print head so we need to reposition the labels after the USPS generates the PDF so that they will hit the print head. Basically each address needs to move up about an inch.
