I'm filling several online applications through a common online entity that generates a pdf for review; it worked once and then it only produces a blank page.
I have used windows and mac based computers; I have used three different browsers on each and in some cases it does not even generate the blank pdf, just spins endlessly.
I have contacted the entity that runs the online application with no response thus far. Other people in similar process have not found the same problem.
Once it worked and then stopped. I reinstalled the reader in my computer and worked again once; I tried the same again to no avail.
Im running out of time to send the applications and running desperate with no solution to this problem
Any help would be appreciated.
