Adobe Acrobat X Standard

Hi,

I am doing IT Support in my company and I got these two users who are using Adobe Acrobat X Standard.

When opening the same PDF document using their individual desktop and laptop, one user is able to see the URL on the top right corner and the other can't see any URL at all.

Also, when I tried to open some other PDF documents using a Adobe Reader XI, I am able to see the some documents with URL on the top right and some does not show.

Now, my questions;

1) Is there a settings I need to do on another user so that she can also see the URL?

2) Does it depend if the documents are digitally signed but this does not explain my users experience.

Please advice.
