I have created a map in microstation V8 and converted it to a .pdf. I am using Acrobat XI. The levels listed in microstation are alphabetic, but the alphabetic order is lost when converted to the .pdf layers list.
I see there was a similar question posted, and there is a fix with javascript. I don't know javascript (I didn't even know it existed until now).
I did try to follow the answer and paste the code into the javascrip console, but that didn't work, possibly because my OCG layers may be nested from the conversion as follows:
