We are starting with 100-page doc-x.pdf. We want an attorney to read through this document, flagging random pages by some method (comment, marked for redaction, etc.) and saving it. A clerical person later opens doc-x.pdf, extracts the flagged pages to doc-y.pdf and deletes them from doc-x.pdf. The end result should be doc-x.pdf that contains the non-redacted pages, and doc-y.pdf that contains the redacted pages.
We want the clerical person not to have to manually select all the flagged pages manually. Rather, we'd like to either be able to select the pages based on the flag, or extract them based on the flag.
If anyone can recommend a way to do this with Acrobat...great! If anyone has a better process that will get us the end result...even greater! If there were some way for the attorney to easily split the document as he goes, that would be great too!
