We current use a cloud based server (Server 2008 R2, 64bit) and uploaded our version of Acrobat Standard 9. We have encountered a few errors (listed below) which we suspect is due to compatability issues with the upgrade to the cloud server.
- Emails that include attachments can’t be saved from Outlook as pdf (office 2010)
- Randomly closes when trying to save from Outlook or when combining multiple files.
- When combining files, trying to change Excel files to combine the entire workbook produces a Runtime error
I am not in search of a resolution to continue using verison 9, but I would like to know that if we were to upgrade to XI, would these issues be resolved?
