Preserving hyperlinks when converting from PDF to .docx

Hi all,

I just signed up for Adobe ExportPDF using Adobe Reader 10.1.8.  I am trying to convert a PDF slide deck from my online classes to Word 2010 so I can then insert that into my OneNote 2010 and preserve all the links to outside resources.  When I convert from PDF to Word, the conversion does not preserve the hyperlinks.  Is there anything I can do about this?  This is the only reason I paid for the upgrade so I am hoping someone can help me.

I am using a Windows 7 machine and Office Home and Student 2010.

Any advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
