My publisher in Vietnam is trying to send me a book manuscript. It's in PDF. I can read it. But I need them to send me an _unlocked_ version, so I can edit the manuscript. Is it possible to send _unlocked_ PDF files? What do they have to do at their end to unlock the manuscript? Thanks for your help. thomasbass@gmail.com
