I'm wondering if it's possible to have a tabbed Document Outline or Table of Contents in an embedded PDF. In Adobe Reader, the outline is divided by sub-section (click a section and it expands). I can't seem to figure out whether this is possible in an embedded PDF. If not, is there some good work-around?
It's a very large document with many bookmarks categorized by section.

Edit: To specify, I mean when using the Firefox Adobe PDF plugin. I see that there are no issues in Internet Explorer.
