Is there a drag-drop folder utility for Windows 7, to convert word to pdf?

For mass conversion from Word to PDF where many hundreds of Word docs are hopelessly buried in their own server folders or subfolders, one really has to manually browse to each folder where a desired Word.doc resides, and then open the doc in Word and save it to PDF, then drag the PDF to a desired other location (for example, a folder where you're ultimately going to create a PDF index).  This requires literally thousands of mouse clicks, and could be made far faster and easier if we had the capability to simply drag and drop each found Word.doc into a folder where it would automagically be converted to PDF. All those PDFs would accumulate in that folder, for ultimate PDF indexing.

This sounds like a very simple utility....but I've not found such an animal via Google.  Suggestions, anyone?
