Showing the current "jumped to" location in the Bookmark panel

  • When you click a bookmark it takes you to the applicable destination in the PDF file.
  • When you click a link on a page, it jumps you to the applicable destination.
  • How can you get the Bookmark panel to show where you have jumped to after clicking the link?

I'm trying to see if Acrobat has similar functionality to that provided by the Document Map feature found in MS Word.

More details:

  1. I click a bookmark. It takes me to page X.
  2. On page X, I click a link that takes me to another location in the PDF.

I want to see the location I'm now at in the bookmark panel under the corresponding heading.
