I am wondering if anyone knows of a way to accomplish this...
I have a physical binder containing 50+ tabs. There is an index (created in MS Word) for the binder that identifies the tab # as well as a full text description of the contents for the corresponding tab.
I plan on scanning each tab separately (so that they can be printed and/or emailed individual for future use) of the binder and naming the PDF file according to the tab number. However, I would also like to include the description of the tab, based on the supplied index (i.e. 1 - Closing Summary.pdf, 2 - Opening Agenda.pdf etc). Once all the individual tabs have been scanned they will be created as a PDF binder so that the bookmarks will automatically take on the name of the individual PDF files.
Is there an easy (automated) way of applying the index tab # and name to the file name of the PDF after it has been scanned? Is there an app available to automate this process or is this something that would need to be created?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
Cheers.
