Automatic archiving in outlook 2010, acrobat 11

We have a few computers in our office that have outlook 2010 and acrobat 11 or acrobat 10. We use the automatic archival feature of acrobat in outlook. The problem we are having is that when doing the archival it gets to a random point then just hangs, and it hangs when it says Subject: [None]. Any help would be gladly appreciated. Thanks
