show message if interactive pdf opened in preview

Hi,

i'd asked this question over in the indesign forum, but was directed here.

the thread is here: http://forums.adobe.com/message/6253216#6253216

the gist of my enquiry is:

Hi, I was wondering how you create the message:

"To view the full contents of this document, you need a later version of the PDF viewer. You can upgrade

to the latest version of Adobe Reader from www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

For further support, go to www.adobe.com/support/products/acrreader.html"

on an interactive PDF so that the user  knows thats they are not getting the "full experience"  if they open an interactive PDF in anything other than adobe reader/ professional, or any other PDF viewer that doesnt support the full interactivity that indesign can produce?

and is it also at all possible to control that message?
