Using Adobe Acrobat XI Pro: is there a way to select existing text & change the font colour of that

Using Adobe Acrobat XI Pro Trial Version: is there a way to select existing text & change the font colour of that text?  (there is here - but where is it in XI pro?)

I've been using Acrobat 8 Pro & it's very simple but I haven't been able to do it using XI Pro!
