Fixing Calibre PDF Ebook with Acrobat XI

Using Acrobat XI on Mac OS X 10.8.3

After converting a .MOBI ebook to PDF using calibre ebook managment http://calibre-ebook.com

Can't copy/paste text from Preview Application reader Mac OS X to a text editor, only copy and paste spaces but not the text.

Can I fix this using Acrobat XI? Try Preflight fix embbed font without succeed.

Only want to copy/paste the content from PDF to a text editor like any other PDF using Preview for Mac or Skim http://skim-app.sourceforge.net

How can change all fonts to a more friendly font without reauthoring for copy/pasting?
