How do I preserve the hyperlinks when converting a Visio file to a PDF in Adobe Acrobat Pro?

Additionally, how can I change the settings in Adobe Acrobat Pro to allow such connections?

I currently receive the following message when I click on a hyperlink in the PDF file:
