i am trying to add an mp3 to a pdf i created in livecycle. When i open it in acrobat x pro i click on the multimedia tab only to see all the options greyed out. I close that pdf and open a different one and they are able to me selected again. I cannot see what the difference in the pfs are, as far as i can tell the exact same properties. Any ideas or help will be much appreciated.
