2 problems, send ps file to distiller, missed icon pic

Hey

I have 2 problems.

New PC,

Windows 7 pro.

CS4 Design Standard.

1.

I have *.ps files.

I want that when I double click the file it will open automatically in the acrobat Distiller 9.

2.

I have Indesign files. When I double click it open in the Indesign but the Icon of the file is not show me that this is indesign file. - attach picture
