Date missing when converting Outlook email to PDF using "Convert to PDF"

I have a bunch of emails that were sent to me as attachments.  When I open these attachments and use the "Convert to PDF" button, the date field is missing from the resultant PDF.

After some investigation, I discovered that these emails did not have a "Received date".... only "Sent date" and it seems PDFMaker is using the "Received date" from the message to populate the Date field on the conversion.

Anyone have any ideas on how I can get the "Convert to PDF" action to use the "Sent date" instead of "Received date" field??
