What action to use?

I have multiple .pdf files available to users on touchscreens in Windows kiosk mode. Once they are done with a particular file, I want them to be able to touch a button that will take them back to the desktop.

I've tried file>close and file>exit, but both only close the file and leave the user at the Acrobat Reader  main screen.

I do NOT want the Acrobat Reader screen to show at all when the user closes the file.  When the user touches the button, I want the file and Acrobat Reader to close.

How do I do this?

FYI, I am using Acrobat XI Pro.

I appreciate your help!
