Windows 7 Enterprise, 64bit. Lotus Notes Social 9.0.1FP8. Acrobat Pro DC.

IBM Adobe toolbar does not work with Notes 9 and Adobe Acrobat Standard DC
Reinstalled Notes via the global reinstallation method (which involves the NICE.exe method) and repaired the adobe installation. No change.
Even went so far as to confirm the 8 character folder names (one of which was different) but toolbar still does not appear anywhere in Notes.
Basically, law department wants the functionality of converting an email and all attachments to editable PDF. Purchased the subscription because chat sales rep said this software should be capable of doing it.
Suggestions? TIA
