A user is having an issue when adding fields to a scanned pdf, and filling it out, adobe acrobat pro 11.0.3 freezes and crashes. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. They seem to think it's related to office 2013 being installed. I'm not sure about that yet, but they say it only started happening after office 2013 was installed. Is there some kind of internal log file that would help point to the cause of the problem? The event log errors just say that it crashed without reference to any file besides acrobat.exe.
This is on a windows 7 PC.
