I am using Acrobat 11.0.3. When I insert annotations using the "Add Note to Replace Text" function, the annotated text later disappears (even though I am careful to Save changes in the document). I just completed editing a lengthy document. Everything seemed to be ok, but when I opened the document a bit later, only the blue marks in the document remained - the annotations were all gone. Am I doing something wrong? Is this a software problem?
