after hours of searching for a possible solution without getting even an approach i'm a bit frustrated, so thanks for every help 
(Sorry for any misspelling, I'm german ^^)
My Target:
One large PDF (about 180 pages) with about 60 documents (pdf, word, excel) attached in that PDF.
Now I want to have Links in the text of the main PDF which links to these attachments.
I have done that with Adobe Acrobat, PDFs with normal Links and Word/Excel with JavaScript-Code (exportDataObject).
My Problem:
The main PDF is not static for all time, it is getting changed.
How can I prevent to manually create all Links again after exporting the Document from Word to PDF.
Additionel Informations for solutions:
Editing the PDF in Acrobat is as far as I know not an option, because the layout like header or the page numbers will/can not be changed with this.
Hyperlinks are possible to do in Word an PDF takes them along.
May this also be possible with Links to Attachments?
I'm not necessarily bound to a specific programm if you have other options or solutions.
I'm thankful for every help.
