Hi,
I am testing Adobe Acrobat XI for my business to use as a reviewing tool. I've created training material in PowerPoint 2010. I then used the "Send Adobe PDF for Shared Review" option in PowerPoint. The reviewers used the Annotation tools to add their comments. Now I am converting the PDF back into a PPTX so that I can make the changes.
The text and images came back perfectly, but the Master Layouts did not.
In Tools, I went to Content Editing > Export File to... > Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation. When I opened the PPTX, most of it looks good, but it is not actually in the Master Layout from the Theme I created it in. Also, some of the elements are not laid out correctly.
In Acrobat, I also tried File > Save As... > PowerPoint Presentation (.pptx) with the same results. In PowerPoint I can reapply the original Theme, and Reset each Layout, but that is alot of rework.
Is it possible to create a PowerPoint presentation, convert it to PDF, and then convert it back to PowerPoint while retaining the original Theme and Layouts?
Thanks!
